Q. Does Nipper's Quality Auto Works offer a guaranty on repairs and paint? 


A. We provide a written lifetime guaranty on all repairs and paint, as long as you own the vehicle.


Q. Am I required to get three estimates? 


A. No you do not need to get three estimates. You have the right to go to the collision center of your choice.


Q. Can the shop help me with my insurance claim? 


A. Nipper's Quality Auto Works will help you with the claim process.


Q. How do I get a rental car? 


A. If you are the claimant, the other party’s insurance by law must provide you with a rental vehicle for the duration of repairs. We can help make all the rental car arrangements for you.

 

Q. What is a deductible? When do I pay the deductible? 


A. Insurance deductibles are due at the completion of the repair process to the repair center.Your deductible is the portion of a covered loss that you are responsible for paying before the insurance company becomes responsible for payment under the policy. Your insurance adjuster can answer any questions you may have regarding your policy, coverage, and applicable deductibles.


Q. What if additional damage is found during repairs, or my insurance company's estimate is lower that the repair shop's estimate? 


A. Insurance companies and repair facilities both write estimates based on the damages they can see. If there are additional damages or parts price increases, we will contact the claims supplement departments for approval. 

 



Q. Am I required to notify my insurance company before repairs begin?


A. Yes. You should obtain approval from your insurance company before repairs begin. Your insurance company will authorize repairs, parts types used, payments, and written /digital photo documentation before and during the repair process.
